This website www.alanchancreations.com is a global online store owned by Alan Chan Creations. Customers worldwide are welcome to order our design products on this website and have your order delivered.
The pricing on the website is charged in Hong Kong Dollar currently without sales tax. Import tax and duties may be applicable, depending on the delivery country.
You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing an order successfully. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at email@example.com
If you would like to make any change to an order you have placed, please contact us as soon as possible with your order confirmation email.
Once your order status has changed to “SHIPPED”, no changes can be made.
All products will be shipped from Hong Kong. Your order will be shipped within 5 working days, subject to stock availability and quality checks. Notification of tracking information will be sent when we send out the goods.
Your order may be delayed due to factors outside of our control i.e. customs clearance procedures, extreme weather, long holiday etc.
Hong Kong and Macau
We offer free delivery on any purchase by Hong Kong Post or SF Express.
Mainland China and other areas
- Customers are responsible for all import tax and duties outside of Hong Kong and Macau. The courier or your local post office will contact you with further details for customs clearance.
- You may select the most suitable courier at checkout. The real-time shipping rate and courier are provided by the third party Easyship (easyship.com).
There will be several reasons you may not receive your purchase shortly due to factors below:
- Refused shipments
If the shipment is refused and returned to us, we will contact you with the option of re-delivering it or a refund in the form of store credit for your next purchase. Please note that you will have to pay all related cost incurred (re-delivery shipping cost, return shipment cost…)
- Lost shipments
We are more than happy to help out tracking down your shipment and in the unfortunate case to refund your purchase. If the purchase is confirmed as lost by the courier, we will help to arrange products to deliver again.
